One Free Onsite Visit Per Quarter
Need something done in person? We’ll come to you once per quarter for absolutely no extra cost, included with your plan. Additional visits are available at discounted rates.
Discounted Onsite Services
As a Managed Services client, you’ll receive priority bookings and reduced rates for any extra visits outside your included monthly visit.

A: No! Remote support under a Flash Computer Services managed plan is unlimited and whether it’s a small bug or a major issue we’re just one click or call away!
A: At Flash Computer Services we keep spare computers on hand at all times so if there is a hardware breakdown during your contract we will load a new computer up with your business’s operating system and replace the machine at no extra cost.
A: Anything you need! Just let us know before we arrive and we’ll arrange for it, usually we reserve it for the things we can’t do remotely like training and hardware checkups but it’s also just a good opportunity for us to meet the team and see how we can better help improve your workflow.
