Plans, honestly

The questions everyone asks

Why no prices on the page?

Because a fair price depends on your headcount, your setup and what's already in good shape — a 5-person office with modern gear prices very differently to a 30-person firm with an ageing server. One call gets you a firm per-user monthly figure, usually on the spot.

What determines the monthly fee?

Mostly the number of people we support, plus a few environment factors: servers, number of sites, industry compliance needs and how much hardware is due for replacement. The quote is itemised so you can see exactly what drives it.

Can we move between plans?

Yes — plans are month to month, and moving up or down is a conversation, not a contract negotiation. Businesses often start on Essentials and step up once they see what managed support takes off their plate.

What's not included?

Hardware purchases and large one-off projects (like an office relocation) are quoted separately so your monthly fee stays predictable — though Complete includes a project-hours allowance each quarter. There are no per-ticket fees on any plan.

What does onboarding look like?

The first two weeks: we document your environment, deploy our monitoring and security tools, fix the risky things found in your IT audit, and introduce the team. Your staff just notice that IT problems start getting fixed fast.
