Password and lockout problems

If you’ve had a lockout after a suspicious sign-in, it’s worth checking the computer at the same time.

Changing providers or addresses

Switching internet providers often means losing an email address you’ve used for twenty years. There are usually options — keeping the old address for a fee, or moving to an independent account you keep regardless of provider.

Common questions

My emails work on my phone but not my computer (or vice versa). Can you fix that?

Yes — that's usually a configuration mismatch between devices, and it's one of the most common jobs we do. One visit typically gets everything syncing properly.

I'm still on an old Bigpond/ISP email address. Should I move?

It's worth considering — ISP addresses lock you to that provider and some are being phased out. We migrate your history and contacts to Gmail or Outlook and help you notify your contacts, without losing anything.

I think someone has access to my email. What should I do?

Call us promptly. We'll lock the account down, check for forwarding rules attackers commonly hide, secure your password and add two-step verification. Your email is the key to every other account you own, so it's worth acting fast.
