Yes — migrations are the most common 365 job we do. Mail, contacts, calendars and files come across, your team keeps the same addresses, and cutover usually happens outside business hours so nobody notices.
We already have Microsoft 365 but it's a mess. Can you fix it rather than rebuild it?
Usually, yes. We audit the tenant, tidy licensing, fix security settings and restructure Teams/SharePoint incrementally — most cleanups don't require starting over.
