Point of Sale (POS) Setup

POS systems for retail and hospitality — terminals, receipt printers, scanners and the network they depend on, set up by one local team.

  • Terminals, printers and scanners installed
  • Network built for uptime at the counter
  • Support when the register won't ring

Full counter setup

POS terminals, cash drawers, receipt printers, barcode scanners and customer displays — installed, connected and tested before trade.

A network that keeps trading

Wired connections where it counts and 4G failover for the internet, because a dropped connection at the register costs real sales.

Works with your platform

Square, Shopify POS, Lightspeed, Idealpos and more — we handle the hardware and network layer that your POS software runs on.

Ongoing support

When the printer jams mid-lunch-rush or the terminal drops offline, you call us and it gets fixed — fast.

In retail and hospitality, the point of sale is the business. When the terminal freezes or the receipt printer drops off the network during a rush, you’re not having an IT problem — you’re losing sales in real time.

We set up POS systems for shops, cafés and restaurants across South West Sydney, and more importantly, we build the network underneath them for uptime: wired where it matters, isolated from the guest Wi-Fi, with internet failover so a dropped NBN connection doesn’t stop trade.

One local team for the POS counter, the back office and everything between — and one number to call when anything stops ringing.

Good to know

Common questions

Which POS systems do you work with?

Most major platforms — Square, Shopify POS, Lightspeed and others. The POS vendor supports their software; we make sure the hardware, network and internet underneath it never let you down, and we coordinate with the vendor when issues cross over.

Can you set up a brand-new shop or café from scratch?

Yes — that's the ideal scenario. We handle cabling, Wi-Fi, internet, the POS counter and back-office computers as one job, usually alongside your fit-out.

What about EFTPOS terminals?

EFTPOS units come from your bank or payment provider, but they depend on your network — we set up that side and troubleshoot connection issues so "EFTPOS is down" stops being a mystery.
