What happens to our old phone numbers?
They come with you. Numbers are ported to the new system as part of the cutover, and we time it so there's no gap in receiving calls.
Is VoIP call quality actually reliable?
On a properly configured network, yes — indistinguishable from the old copper lines. Poor VoIP experiences are almost always network problems, which is why we set up the network side ourselves rather than just shipping you handsets.
What does a system cost?
