Flash Computer Services has been South West Sydney’s on-site repair team since 2018 — our technicians come to your home, fix the problem in front of you, and explain everything in plain English.

From hardware faults and blue screens to a laptop that takes five minutes to boot, most repairs are done in a single visit. And when a machine genuinely isn’t worth saving, we’ll tell you honestly and help you set up its replacement — with your photos, files and email moved across.

What we can usually fix

Computers that won’t power on or won’t get past the manufacturer’s logo. Machines that have become unbearably slow. Failing hard drives, dying batteries, cracked laptop screens, ports that no longer charge, and fans loud enough to hear from another room.

On the software side: Windows that won’t update, blue screens, corrupted profiles, missing files after an update, and computers that have accumulated so much clutter they take five minutes to reach a desktop.

When repair isn’t worth it

Sometimes the honest answer is that a repair costs more than the machine is worth — a seven-year-old laptop needing a new screen and a new battery, for instance. We’ll tell you that rather than quoting the work.

If a replacement makes more sense, we can supply and set one up with your files, email and programs already moved across, so nothing is lost in the changeover.

We bring the workshop to your kitchen table. Most repairs are done in your home while you watch, which means you’re not without a computer for a week and there’s no risk of a machine going missing in a queue.

If something genuinely needs bench time — a screen replacement, a stubborn data recovery — we’ll take it away, keep you updated, and return it set up and working.

Do I need to bring my computer somewhere?

No — we come to you. Our technicians service homes across Gregory Hills, Campbelltown, Camden, Narellan, Oran Park, Liverpool and the wider South West Sydney area. Many software issues can also be fixed remotely, often the same day you call.

How much does a repair cost?

You'll get an upfront price once we've diagnosed the issue — before any work starts. No surprise bills, and if the fix isn't worth it we'll tell you straight.

Can you fix Apple Macs too?

Yes — we support both Windows PCs and Macs for software issues, setup and upgrades, and can advise on hardware repairs where Apple parts are involved.
