Wi-Fi printing that actually stays connected

The most common printer complaint isn’t setup, it’s a printer that works for a fortnight and then vanishes. That’s nearly always the router handing the printer a different address, or the printer dropping to a weaker signal.

We fix it properly by giving the printer a fixed address and, where the signal is marginal, moving it onto a stronger connection — so it stays visible instead of needing to be re-added every month.

Drivers, updates and the usual conflicts

Windows updates regularly break printer drivers, and manufacturer software often installs far more than anyone needs. We install the right driver for your model, remove the duplicate printer entries that build up over time, and set the correct one as default.

Scan-to-email is the other frequent casualty — providers have tightened their security requirements and older printers need reconfiguring to keep working with them.

Common questions

My printer says "offline" but it's turned on. Why?

It's the most common printer complaint there is — usually a Wi-Fi or driver issue rather than the printer being broken. We fix the connection properly so it stops dropping off the network.

Can you make my printer work with my phone and iPad?

Yes — modern printers can print from iPhones, iPads and Android devices, and we set that up as part of any installation.

Which printer should I buy?

It depends on how much and what you print. Tell us your printing habits and we'll recommend a model that won't bleed you dry on ink — and we can supply and install it if you like.
