Don't call that number — it's a scam designed to look like a warning. Turn the computer off and call us on 0455 999 991. If you've already spoken to them or let anyone connect to your computer, tell us straight away and we'll secure your accounts.
Will I lose my photos and files?
Almost never. Our removal process is designed to preserve your data — we back up your files before cleaning, and a full wipe is a last resort we discuss with you first.
My bank details might have been stolen. Can you help?
